  • 1. Are you a trading company or a real manufacturer?

    We are a real sublimation paper roll manufacturer, not a reseller. We start from base paper → coating → slitting → packing in-house. Four coating lines, multiple slitting workshops, and rolls running on 2" and 3" cores all day.

  • 2. What kind of sublimation paper do you produce?

    Mainly transfer paper for sublimation in 29gsm, 35gsm, 40gsm, 50gsm, 60gsm, 70gsm, 90gsm and 100gsm. Light gsm is usually for high-speed fashion presses; mid and heavy gsm papers are used for sportswear or thick textiles.

  • 3. Can you supply wide rolls?

    Yes. Heat transfer printing paper’s widths range from 61cm up to 320cm — we slit according to what your lines actually use. Some fabric mills ask for non-standard 152cm or 163cm widths just to reduce waste. Since we handle slitting ourselves, a custom width is no problem.

  • 4. What is the difference between heat transfer printing paper and heat sublimation paper?

    They’re both used in sublimation, but performance changes with gsm and coating. Light heat transfer printing paper is great for fast runs (like 29–40gsm). Thicker heat sublimation paper gives deeper blacks on jerseys or heavy fabric because it holds more ink before pressing.

  • 5. What’s your monthly capacity?

    Roughly 3,000 tons per month — that’s around 120 containers shipped out. It sounds like a big number until peak season hits; then those rolls disappear fast. Export packaging is palletized with core caps so it survives long shipping routes.
