FAQs About Changfa Digital High Quality Sublimation Ink

  • 1. What kind of sublimation ink do you supply?

As a professional sublimation ink manufacturer, we make several types. The standard ink for sublimation printer (CY/MG/YL/BK) for Epson I3200 2-4 nozzle setups — mostly used by clothing factories doing mid-volume runs. Then, the high-density sublimation ink is used for bigger production lines or 8+ nozzles. We also have a version tuned for Atexco Kyocera heads. The high-density black is noticeably stronger after transfer — you can literally see it on darker jerseys and flags.

  • 2: How does your sublimation ink behave in different climates?

Our heat transfer sublimation ink holds up during temperature swings: we tested it at 35°C on a hot day and again at 6–8°C storage. Still stable.

  • 3. Is the heat sublimation ink safe? Does it smell a lot when heating?

No harsh smell. The formula uses environmentally friendly solvents, which is why many buyers working in closed-print rooms prefer it.

  • 4. What about running stability? Will it clog the printhead?

It has very good fluency — on test runs, we print 20 meters at 360dpi without broken strokes or banding. Operators say that’s one of the reasons they call it the best sublimation ink for everyday work.

  • 5. What materials can I transfer to?

The heat transfer sublimation ink performs great on polyester textiles, sports fabrics, and soft signage. After sublimation, colors stay bright, and the black coverage is stronger compared with “normal” low-density inks. Great outdoor durability, too, especially for flag printing.
